Our servers are located in one of the largest, most secure colocation facilities in the country and we utilize their managed firewall programs to provide highest level of security against potential hacking threats. We utilize a multi-tiered server architecture to store user information on servers that are not publically accessible and we encrypt all credit card and other sensitive data, such that, even if a hacker were to gain access to our data, the data would be useless to the hacker.

In the event that any material changes are made to our privacy practices, we will promptly make changes to this privacy policy that discloses the changes.

Terms and Conditions for Automated Text Alerts

1. Consent to Receive Text Alerts

By providing your contact information to 3 Lions, you consent to receiving automated text alerts related to our services. These alerts may include, but are not limited to, technician departures, estimated arrival times, missed calls, and other service-related notifications. New clients, upon completion of program contracts, will be automatically opted in but may opt-out at any time. Opting out may result in missed alerts of various monitored services, such as Server health alerts. 

2. Frequency of Text Alerts

The frequency of text alerts will vary depending on the nature of the service and your specific engagement with 3 Lions. We will make reasonable efforts to limit the number of text messages sent to you.

3. Opting Out

You have the option to opt out of receiving text alerts at any time. To do so, simply reply with the word “STOP” to the text message. After opting out, you will no longer receive automated text alerts from 3 Lions.

4. Data and Messaging Rates

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply for receiving text alerts. 3 Lions is not responsible for any charges you may incur as a result of receiving these messages.

5. Privacy and Data Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Your contact details will be used solely for the purpose of sending service-related text alerts. We will not share your information with third parties, and it will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Phone numbers (personal information) collected for SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

3 Lions reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes, and your continued receipt of text alerts will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms.
